Refund/Replacement Problem

Today I will share a real incident with me. I will purchase a powerbank from snapdeal. I will ordered the powerbank on 29 Nov, 2017 after 8 days later the powerbank will be delivered on my address. I am so happy with this powerbank cause I hear that asus powerbak have good capacity battery. so what ever I will open the box of snapdeal when I opened the box and in my experince and general knowledge I justified that the powerbank was fake and then call imedeatly on snapdeal customer care number andi will talk with their customer care extitutive and I told her that the powerbank was fake and I want it’s replacement or refunded they are refused to refund or replacement they told me that how to you justified that it was fake? it was a real one not fake etc etc. Afterthat I decided to that lets full charged it and used for few days then it will be fully cleared that it was fake or real. after few days I will used this powerbank afterthat I am damn sure that it was fake and I will call on snapdeal customer care and I told their to return or replacement, again they are refused and told me that you need to be proved in written that the powerbank was faked. I am trying to convience them for replacement or refund but they are on their way they told me again and agin that go to asus service centre and justifiede the powerbank from the service centre, if the service centre told that the powerbank was faked then you will need told them that you will need to written that it was faked after this process you will take a picture of the written latter and send us on our email address after that you will aligble for refund or replacement. in my area there was no service centre of asus. around 70+ km away from my house.i will told the snapdeal that we don’t know you will need to go and get the writen premission and email us after that you will aligble otherwise you will not get that.I decided that I will go kolkata and I will check it that it was fake or original. around 70km+ goes through I came into kolkata and I will visit each and every asus service centre in kolkata. The service centre’s told me that there was no powerbank allow we are allow only phone go for another service centre.the whole story I said it takes time around 7th dec, 2017 to 5th feb, 2018. in 6th feb 2018 again I get a call from Snapdeal Customer care and they told that you are not submitted the written latter. I told that the whole factor and the guy told me dont worry you will refunded for this. I will order Placed On 29 Nov, 2017 and I will refunded on 15 Feb, 2018. that was the whole story I did not expect that from snapdeal. I have worst experince on snapdeal. other ecomerce website were good they are better than snapdeal.i also upload the screenshoot of order placed and refunded.
