Snapdeal is a website that posts **fake offers** to attract people, and once people pay on it, it *cancels those orders after some days*. When you ask them reason for cancelling the orders, they give baseless explanations and unacceptable lies. They first lied to me that there was a technical error in their website, and when I argued with them to know the reason, they brought a new reason named MRP reason that I haven’t ever heard on any other shopping website.
I didn’t get any further reply from them. Their ***customer service is automated and very poor***, and it may take you weeks to get a manual reply from a responsible representative on their end. They just do not listen to your problem once you pay them the money. The money is reverted into the account but after whopping 2-3 months. This same series of incidents happened with me in my first ever experience with snapdeal. In short, **snapdeal.com is a cheat and fraud website** that would play with your money.
My recommendation - Don’t use snapdeal for shopping purposes because it posts fake offers. It would not only give you bad experience, but will also make you cry for your own money.
