Not happy with this e-Commerce website

Now a days there are so many e-Commerce websites around us. As in we have so many options around us. But, I must say, Snapdeal is not doing it’s job perfectly. I have seen so many down sides of this website and now I would like to share them one by one.

1. Price comparison -I always compare price before buying and product online. I have seen that, the price of snapdeal is always greater than the price of the other e-Commerce website. I have noticed that there is always a price gap of 5% - 15%. This makes snapdeal out of the competition.

2. Easy replacement is not so easy - Earlier I have ordered a bagpack from snapdeal but, they delivers me a different model bagpack. After delivery I claimed the replacement as my order comes with 10 days easy replacement policy. Next day, the agent came to my house to take the bag. But, he started arguing with me as I opened the main cover of the bagpack. After a long argument and some phone calls he took my bag. So, the easy replacement policy is not easy at all.

3. Delivery time - They took at least a week to deliver the products. I am not happy with the delivery time. I would prefer other websites as they take less time to deliver same product.

4. App and website - The app as well as the website takes so much time to load. It sometimes fails to load the payment page. in a single word, the website is slow.

At the end, I would like to go with other e-Commerce website instead of snapdeal.
