Cheap marketing trick by snapdeal by “cancelling product before dispatch and blaming it courier service.”


I ordereded “Furn Aspire 3 Shelves Storage With Door” from snapdeal(Order no. 8527078306) on 20 Sept(on Discounted price of Rs 2899/-).Till 25th sept it was in state of “Waiting for courier pickup”. On 25th I got a massage that “Your parcel lost in transit”.


Again when I checked on Snapdeal site, fount that parcel was cancelled before dispatch(Screen shots attached).Before order I checked on their site and is displays that parcel can be delivered at my location, in spite of that cancelling order and blaming courier service is very shamefull.This is very shameful action by Snapdeal to cancel parcel stating Lost in transit, which was never dispatched. They just want to blame on courier service of their fault. I am doubting that even they were having item in stock or not. Now same product is available on Snapdeal@Rs 3999/-.This is very cheap market strategy by snapdeal.
