I ordered a MOTO G turbo phone from SNAPDEAL on 22nd OCT’16. The same was delivered on 27th OCT. I was quite happy to get the new phone. But things turned otherwise when I inserted the SIM card. It detected SIM in only SLOT 2 and the SLOT was said please insert SIM.


Since it was during DIWALI time, the service centres in KOLKATA were closed . As soon as it opened I took it to the service centre . After checking the same they said that the SIM slot is internally damaged, I immediately reported to SNAP deal.


However in-spite of this being covered under the 7 day easy return policy, a week has passed but received not a single response from their end. I called up at least 8-10 times but every time I have to repeat the same story. in return I get is only the false assurance that I am protected and will receive a response from the back-end team within 24 hours. They also say that this is being looked into on top priority.


I have experienced that you should not buy expensive items from SNAPdeal . Flipkart has a much better return policy.


Snapdeal has harassed me a lot.
