Selling defective product and bad respond service

I purchased 32 gb 10 class micro sd card of hp company.


Reason behine bad.


1- sd card work well atleast two months but after two months card was currpted


2- I went service centre they told me that hp is not selling sd cards.


3- I call direct hp service centre they told we are not giving warrenty on online purchase.


4- I call snapdeal and told everything but they told me that its not our responcebilty. They did not do any thing regarding this.


5- if company not take any responcebilty then why they are selling this sd card with ten year warrenty.


6- if hp is not providing any warrenty to online product by snapdeal site then why snapdeal is selling this sd cars.


Conclusion- either snapdeal is cheating us or they dont know what to sell.
