Very bad expirerence

I had a very bad experience in snapdeal services. Some days before I ordered a mobile phone.


They have taken my order and send me the confirmation about your order we have received in gmail and some of the customer care also call me to confirm they said me that within 6day of worrying hours you will get the items but after 8 day I just called to the snapdeal customer service they have said we have already sent it to you by courier service may be you will get it by today and they gave me some courier numbers to truck it even am not received it then I have called up to courier office they said they hav some issues I just worsted two more days but finally 15 Day over.


Then I have cancelled the order its very bad service experience in snapdeal .
