Today I am very glad to Review about Snapdeal and uncover the Truth about Snapdeal from my Peronal Experience.
I ordered Lenovo Laptop From Snapdeal on 10 Feb 2017, Below are the issues I faced from Snapdeal and their Customer Support Services -
* REFER MY SCREENSHOTS FOR PROOF*
1 - I checked the warranty on Lenovo Website of my Laptop. I Got 8 month Warranty left instead of 12 month on my Purchase of Lenovo Ideapad 110 Laptop.

I called their Customer Care Executives for The problem they did not Helped in my Case. Therefore CUSTOMER SERVICE is PATHETIC and NON RESPONSIVE.
2- I placed a Replacement Request From Snapdeal App, They didnt Replaced the Product and the request is Still pending.
3 - DELIVERY is very LATE. They inform at last day that you have to wait 5-6 days more to Recieve Products.

4 - The PRODUCT is POORLY packed When I Recieved. I complained about it but they IGNORED my issue.
5 - The Charge Very Much in name of DELIVERY CHARGE.
I got Duped from SNAPDEAL. Dont buy Products from snapdeal.
They Provide used Items and Do not provide full Warranty on Electronic Items.
I am very SAD and FRUSTRATED that Snapdeal CHEATED me.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP USING SNAPDEAL
There is no Option to rate ZERO STAR so I give 0/10 to Snapdeal.
