Snapdeal and their courier partner are very inconvenient to do business with. Though I was available at home the courier status is updated as failure to deliver and subsequently the status is sent as customer refused the order.(courier ID 111128006921) I havent recieved a single call on my mobile by this so called delivery person. Snapdeal customer care number is useless too - the call goes through to the voice menu and then simply disconnects.
Inspite of trying multiple times Im not able to speak to any customer care executive. Highly disrespectful to the customer. The order id is 6049107647(even this number was wrong in the sms I have received from snapdeal)
Going forward I would prefer to buy things from some other reputed website like amazon even if it means I will be paying 50 Rs more. I just dont want to waste anymore time with Snapdeal. What kind of e-commerce business is snapdeal, if their customer care does not work?
Now because of snapdeal and their courier partner the people who experience inconvenience is the buyer and seller - no problems for snapdeal itself. It shows in their behaviour.
