Pathetic return service

I had a very bad experience with Snap Deal and their SO CALLED 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY.

I ordered a product [Order No 2232819973] last month 8th June and received a damaged product . I immediately called the customer care regarding this and as per their suggestion sent a mail with damaged product picks. Customer Care assured me that this product will be return and picked up in 48hrs. The frustrating part of this story is this product still not picked even after more then 1 MONTHS where Snap Deal having so called return policy of 7days and if they say return in one click, its all fraud. I called up Customer Care multiple times but all wane, I escalated to this issue to their supervisor he also promised the same text of 48 hrs delivery but only thing they did is NO RETURN. I have been calling on regular basis but they are not even bothered to return this product or take action.

This is really frustrating and pathetic.
