I had saw advertise of snapdeal on tv after that me and my husband decided to buy induction cooker on snap deal site. Then I was given order for same on snapdeal.
They had given me dilivery on 6th days with standard packing and when I opened the product it was damage found , his ceramic plate found damaged condition. Then I had decided to return or replace the product.
Then I given the return request for returning the product and packed as their conditions but they dont arrange the revers pick up uoto 15 days. I was frustrated about it that time. I was called them again that time he told wait for few days but he did not given response to next 8 days after that I was call him again and demand my money about returning this product after that he picked his product and returned my money after 8 days such type of bad experience happened with me I think he have no need of customers. And he not focused about customer satisfaction so dont by product.
