Hello friends .Today I talk about snapdeal service . Which are badI order a mobile sumsang galaxy j7 which comes after 5 days . Snapdeal have late service and packaging quality also bad. when I opne the box than what will I see . Device is not properly packed and no sefty . than opne mobile box there is missing sim pin and guidance book . I was totaly shoked . I don’t believe that this type of company was cheet . Than I call customer care and I said hole story related the device . and care said that you wait some days and after I call you . Cares call come after 4 day and they said that sorry in this conditions we are helps you. you will contect sumsang store. ; ) They not resolve my problemThey were cheet; )
