Les’s say you’re new at snapdeal and you don’t know much about snapdeal.
& you just ordered a phone you like from snapdeal because its a snapdeal exclusive product! And it got delivered after 19 days, but they had given a promise date of maximum 10 days, okay, you accept it, no problem!
Well, you’re unboxing it, and find due to bad packaging the product is in worst condition, okay! But the phone is fortunately in good condition. And suddenly after 5 days you face a problem that the SD Card slot is not working, you call them( not toll free) they say sir please go to the service center & show them! But I told that you give rplacement/return garranty of 7 days na? They say, no sir you’ve to visit the service center & they will help you? Well after that how would you feel? Well that’s what happened to me!
And you’ll often see TV adds - hassatle free 7 days return. Haha.How would you feel when you already had a experience like that with snapdel & you see that kind of adds?
Not ended here! They even sent a box woth full of stones instead of a 10K mobile phone! And If I tell you my whole experience with snapdeal, it would take years.
