I purchased one laptop and it was a faulty piece so I called snap deal customer back and they took away my laptop I bought it online for the first time and it was very urgent and my important tasks are still pending because of this poor service of snap deal I would always prefer to buy manually as it has been more then 3 weeks that they have not given my product back so what kind of good service is this ?
