I and my husband have had the most horrible experience on ordering products from Snap Deal.
The product I ordered(a men’s wallet) never got delivered even though the customer care idiotically told me it was dispatched and that too, a number of times.(they had no clue what was the status) After a long and tedious follow up my product was not delivered and money was refunded.
The product my husband ordered is still to be delivered(it is much beyond the promised delivery date) and he is dealing with a similar extremely incompetent and foolish customer care response. All in all, I’d always tell each person I meet NEVER to use Snap Deal.
And they say "SnapDeal Cares" - That is utter bullshit!
PS: After I posted this review, I got a message from Snap Deal saying "We are Sorry". But the whole of Snap Deal including the CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl is so thick skinned that bad reviews will just bounce off their rhinoceros skin and NOTHING will improve absolutely whatsoever. I really pray that this company goes bankrupt asap so that innocent and unwary customers are not preyed upon by the likes of such horrible people!
