May I ask What is your "Easy Returns - No Questions Asked Policy -
Snapdeal.com" says?
My order is covered under "7 Days - Easy Return Policy"
I received a faulty product as its sim tray is not poping out.
Im continuously in touch via Mail and Call with Snapdeal customer care.
This is your bull s*t policy that you people suggests the customer
to visit service center for repairing a brand new product in place of
refund/replacement?
And now making a lots of non sense excuses like technician visit, system error, blah blah.
You think customer is Dumb? I had invest Rs 10999 for purchasing a crap? Really Snapdeal is the real CROOK.
Now tell me what is the issue with you people, Shall I have to tell you about your Return/Replacement policy and about your Duty?
I wants my Money Back, Im not Requesting, Im Ordering you to Initiate Refund.
I know my Rights well. So, dont try to Manipulate me.
