No Transperency in the activity from snapdeal

Hi All


If any one trying to buy products from snap deal on good price please double check and keep tracking your orders on day to day basis if no progress is their call customer executive and track it. Below is my experience.


On August 31 I placed a order for Tablemate II from snapdeal for a good price and paid the amount.  I was waiting for the product to be delivered to me. After one week(on the last day of the due date)  I received a mail and SMS stating that product is lost in transit by their courier partner FEDEX and they are paying back their amount.  When I check the tracking details on the sanpdeal web site it self .  It was showing the details right from order placing to product waiting for courier pick and no other details for courier and other information and lastly it was updated as product was cancelled.


I price was lucrative so some thing went wrong with snap deal or snap deal partners.


Be aware when you are buying products from sanpdeal on lucrative price they will make you fool.
