Snapdeal the second largest used shopping site after flipkart . I have ordered many products from snapdeal and I find it really good and comfortable.
The customer service is not much satisfactory due to time consuming reaction.
Lets talk about product quality which is best as I have seen it because I have ordered shoes, jacket etc. From this site and I have found them up to the mark.
As the delivery time is more as comparison to other site and this makes the site bad under users opinion but in my opinion it is not that much serious issue.

Their is no issue in its reliability ofcourse it is reliable at all its parameters. As it’s product is good and seems to be as seen in its site.
