Worst Customer service ever

I purchased FLY Snap mobile from snapdeal.com. I placed an order on 4th March 2015 and the product got delivered on 8th March 2015.


I was looking for a affordable phone and I got this one while searching, On 16th March 2015 my phone touchscreen stopped working and I contacted snapdeal for the same. They don’t have the data of the list of service center of FLY mobile in Mumbai. Snapdeal customer care was very rude on the call while giving the information and they only have 7 days return policy.


I requested sanpdeal representative to either provide me the FLY mobile service center detail or exchange my product, but he denied for both the things. Apart from their fast delivery there is nothing known as customer service from Snapdeal. My Order ID: 5186585808. Bottom line don’t buy any products from Snapdeal.
