Product was delivered withing one day of ordering was very impressive. However when opened the box was in for shock as the rotisserie rod set was missing. Raised the complaint on the next day. Customer care service is pathetic. They are not willing to commit the timeline for the resolving of the issue. The customer care lady iti keeps on saying the same thing again and again. Your issue will be addressed in some time. I have taken your request . Our team will solve this.
4 days back i received a call saying i will be given rs 500 back and i can buy the rotisserie rod from market. I have asked to provide rotisserie rod set instead of refund. It is already 10 days from raising the complaint and this is not yet addressed.
Biggest disappointment: customer care is not aware of the status of the complaint raised. Every time i call the answer is - we are working on it? Whether i get the 500 refund or the rotisserie rod set no info from the customer care.
To top it all for return of product by when will i get refund and the product will be taken back, customer care don’t know the timeline. Basically these people don’t have defined turn around time. So complaint may take minimum more than one month to be addressed. So far my complaint is not addressed.
