Even China products have more warranty then the products provided by SnapDeal.
The advertise, Iphone for 19K, I had no budget to buy that expensive gift for my mom. I somehow managed to gift it. But its barely been 10 days and the phone starts laging. My mom always complained the sound was low and I was assuming she is still not used to new phone. But now its a mess. There’s network problem, Theres problem with the volume, and the phone freezes. I contacted snapdeal for returning the product and provide me another option, Replace / diffrent brand phone, But they refused stating its been over 7 days.
They barely understand that for a person, it takes more then a few days to identify faults and customers dont enjoy returning products for heck of it. I dint order just for fun of replacing it. Infact I am not even asking for refund! But they still dont help!
