I used snapdeals refer and earn scheme and registered using friend’s refer code. Then I even called and confirmed whether I will really get cashback. Their executive said yes . I shopped and I called snapdeal 2 days after I received the product. I asked them about cashback they asked me to wait 10 days. I waited 10 days but still no cashback.
Then I called them again and they created my case and said they will resolve it within 2 days . I didn’t received any response from them and called once again they again asked me to wait. Then I called them after my return policy got expired and their so called rude mannered senior advisor said they you didnt enter any code and will not get the cashback.
I assured them I got the cashback but they refused to agree. Then I asked them why I was not told the same when I called them earlier about the issue so I could benefit the return policy. He said I don’t know you will just not get any cashback.
My first and last shop at snapdeal. GO FOR AMAZON GUYS. Their staff members are polite and mannered and will address your query nicel.
