I am shoping two times in snapdeal both time they can cheat. When at month of july last yearbi purchase a android mobile for my btother through snapdeal. Within one week by courier I got a mobile sony xperia m4 aqua. But the mobile speaker is not working properly. During calling When I open loudspeaker the sound hearing clear and then I off loudspeaker the sound is not hearing. I apply for refund but no reply by snapdeal then I send mobile to customer care. The sony customer care shoking answer, says the IMEI number is not valid. The refund policy is very worst and the service is to be.
And the second purchase through Snapdeal is Yonex Voltric 7 Badminton Racket rupees 2999.00/- dated 3 oct 2016. When I receive the badminton within 5 days the racket is damaged at middle. I complaint the snapdeal customer care on dated 9 oct 2016 with picture but the customer care says wait within 3 days I contact you. But fourth day customer care message my snapdeal app your complaint is closed. Then I uinstall the customer care app and I inform all the user they are cheater.
