Snapdeal.com is the worst online shopping website of india. I placed two orders on 10 december 2015, the estimated delivery date given by snapdeal.com was 15 dec 2015 for mobile and 18 dec 2015 for memory card but memory card delivered on 19 december and phone is not even delivered till now. I do not get any mail from snapdeal to informing me about the delay of product.
When I checked the website so I got to know that they extended the delivery date up to 25th of december, I ordered this phone as birthday present to my sister, her birthday is on 22 dec 2015. I just want to say to the snapdeal when you don’t have ability to deliver product on time so why are you running this website. snapdeal is cheating to the customers by extending dates without informing them about the delay. I will never suggest anyone to buy from snapdeal.com and never buy anything from snapdeal.com.
