Snapdeal is the most hopeless site ever. Poor customer care service, poor returns. I placed an order for Khadi bath kit worth Rs 600 Where as I received Khadi travel kit worth 180rs. I ordered for Gauba Lactometer where I got the wrong product of throwaway price instead.
When I called up customer care(remember that is not toll free) they simply assured that every thing will be done within no time where as I kept on waiting for the reverse pick up. when I called up again they gave me a number for reverse pick up(which is again not a toll free one) and they assured they would pick up the product. Its been three weeks I am waiting for things to happen and just to see my mail where I got the message that I myself told the courier person that I am not interested in returning the product! I was shocked to see that and now I want to make a move against these fraudsters.
My emails now get no response and products are lying in a corner. Can somebody help me to take action against these people?
