I placed an order to SD a week back and they took the payment. Now after one week I am waiting for my mobile phone, when I checked the website my order is not there. After checking my mails I came to know that the order is cancelled due to unavailable stock.
How can a computerized inventory control can place more order than items it has??? I am totally amazed, now they are saying the money refund will take another 3-4 WEEKS !!! so , I am cheated by this company. they will refund my money but it will take full 1 month from date of order. I am not rich like snapdeal to purchase it again, I have to wait for my refund to come and then only I can purchase it.
To know whether you have stock or not - it takes 7-8 days !! not acceptable .. these cheaters are collecting money and earning interest on it , , , Snapdeal is a big scam.
DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CHEATING COMPANY.
