I bought so many products from snapdeal. it was mix experience with snapdeal.com sometime they are very good and sometime they are worst.
I will divide my review in pros and cons.
pros.
the prices are very low when it comes to snapdeal. they dont give big discount offers but they offer very low prices as compare to others. they have good customer support. they provide lots of variety to choose from. their smartphone app is very good, very easy to use and fast loading.
cons
when it comes to delivery producs on time safely. they are very bad in it. they took almost 20 days to deliver my phone. and that was not safely too. the screen of that phone was broken. and they dont have easy returns facility too like flipkart.
overall its not a good choice to go if you are looking for quality shopping. better go with amazon and flipkart.
