Burnt my fingers again with SNAPDEAL. Placed order 2081154856 and paid money 10days back. Received a damaged and used product. Fortunately IFB engineer opened the box while he visited for installation and having multiple damaged. Wrote to sanpdeal for replacement. Received mail asking me to send it by courier. If the item can be delivered why can’t it be picked up back. Moreover I have already spent a good amount and its not my fault that your seller has delivered a damaged and used product. Why should I take undue pains and spend more to courier it back?


You are requested to pick up the product immediately and refund my money, else I have no other option but to file a case against sanpdeal in consumer court.
