I paid for water heater cost Rs.4512 with snapdeal. they cancelled the order and promised refund in a week. Till now no refund is received after 2 weeks.
Please be careful with such e commerce portals. This happened to be my first e deal and I feel I am ripped by these guys. Probably it is better to go for cash delivery and teach them a lesson.
