Cheaters and fraud

We had ordered a mattress protector from Snapdeal on 31st July using our credit card. We did not receive the product till 15th Aug, and we called Snapdeal to cancel the order.


They have cancelled the order but till date they haven’t refunded the money. We have called them 4 times till date and each time they ask to wait 7 to 10 days. Thinking of taking them to court and definitely will advise all not to deal with them.


They are major cheats.
