Please dont use snapdeal.com as they sell defective items and fake deals.
I had purchased a watch Optima watch from snapdeal and after waiting for around a month , the watch was delivered to me.
When I opened the box I saw that the watch was not working, it was a defected piece.
I continuously called customer care of snapdeal for a week to report this issue and after a weeks time I finally got one of their representative.
Unfortunately these guys were not even sorry for the defective watch and told me to send it back to them bearing the courier charges.
Their deals are also fake as the vendors like body and soul don’t really appreciate their provided coupons.
I will recommend other websites like dealsandyou.com to all users for e-shopping.
