1 month before on 7 January 2018 I ordered a Oppo Neo 7 phone from snapdeal which was supposed to get delivered at my doorstep on 12 January 2018 but the delivery is delayed for 3 days due to some bank holidays. When I called customer care to deliver my product he told me that’s not their problem you have to wait for 3 more days. So I waited even after waiting I didn’t got my product so I contacted customer care again so they told me that your product will deliver today and gave me the number of delivery boy to contact him. I waited whole day but no one came soon after I got a message that your order is cancelled due to cash not available. Snapdeal is worst app.
