Snapdeal.com worst service.

I had placed and order for Netgear router since the price was competitive.


After placing the order, they displayed the expected delivery data as almost 10 days after the date of order. The product was not delivered even after 10 days. I called up the customer care service on the 10th day. The person said they’ll check the status.


The very next day, the very next day the expected delivery date was moved to another 1 week. The service really sucks. I have cancelled the order.


I am yet to get my money refunded. They coolly say it will take 7 days to get the money refunded, without even apologizing for the delay. Miserable customer service. These people are going to go public shortly I believe. Gooed example for a fraudulent company.
