I dont know it has got so much low rating?I personally have buyed a lot of things from snapdeal and never experienced any kind of problem.So I dont understand why it has got such low rating.
It is true that there this not that much variety in snapdeal than any other online stores but it has the best services regarding delivery or replacement.
Snapdeal has the most low rates on products than I have seen on other online stores
The customer service of snapdeal is really good.The always give us the option of timing of delivery.They always talk sincerely on mobile as well.
The most important part, the product quality is really really good.I have buyed a lot of things and the quality is awesome.
I always buy products from their app.So I dont know much about their website.Maybe website has all the same features as the app does.
I am always reliable on snapdeal.If I want to buy something then I first priority is snapdeal.Because they have the highest rate of discount as well as quality
And their delivery is really quick.If they tell you that your order will be delivered in 10-12 days then they will deliver it in 6-8 days.That sometimes feels good but not all the time.
But they come up with a little disappointment as well.There is not variety of products in snapdeal than amazon or flipkart.That is why it has lost its top ranking.
But overall snapdeal is the best.I always recommend snapdeal to everybody.
