Damaged product not replaced

My very first online shopping went bad with snapdeal


My order id was 3130610226. It was an order for two pieces of Indiashop Multi Utility Nicer Dicer Chopper Cutter Slicer & Peeler


The damaged product has been collected from me but it was not replaced until now but just received the invoice stating that the product has been replaced

I raised many complaints spoke with lot of their customer care service personnel. They just sent a mail stating that they tried contacting me through a number which I didn’t even register it with and telling that I was unreachable. And then I received a mail stating the product is out of stock. And that they regret for the inconvenience.


Now I am really regretting that I ordered in snapdeal. They dont really care about the customer just the call to customer service is waste of time. No updates no emails nothing.When I tried replying back to the email sent by the service team at first it was delivered after giving all the ticket numbers and tracking id’s they asked for my mail also wont deliver to them when I asked about the status of the product.


They didnt replace the product neither did they refund the money though I contacted them quite a lot. I learnt one thing though. Dont do online shopping via snapdeal.
