Hello, This is regarding the replacement of the product I ordered(Asus Zenfone 3 Max) from SnapDeal. I have complaint so many times and have been following up on the same since Feb-10th 2017. I called your customer support around 50 times regarding complain and follow up. Today they sent me an invoice which contains a FAKE TIN number. It is: [private info removed]. I am really frustrated now and I really need your help. Please do the needful and replace the product because it was already damaged. Above all, providing a FAKE TIN number is an offense, which was not expected from SnapDeal. Please replace my product/refund my money, or let me know if I have to go to consumer forum and also to Income Tax department to complain about FAKE TIN number.
