I have purchased a sony experia c5 ultra dual 4 g phone from snapdeal in February But after some months it gives rise to problem for which I have to go sony service centre but they refused to take the phone saying that the phone has not been purchased by an authorized seller. When I consult snapdeal representative to resolve the problem they told me that they will change the product after quality check or they will refund the amount that has been paid against the product. The phone has been picked but till date they have not returned the product . I am very much disappointed by their replies and still not giving satisfied answer to me . And thats why I have file a complaint against them in consumer forum and still the case is going on . And that s why my opinion regarding snapdeal s very very bad .
