Snapdeal makes mistake and customer has to suffer

Recently I ordered for 2xxxl bean bags. Surprisingly I received xxxl& xxl and I called to c- care said will replace the product.


But replacement procedure is so pathetic said need to attach the original invoice along with the company packing. Once they receive the product my product will be delivered after some observations of the bag.


My concern is I already filled the covers with the beans, what should I do with the empty beans till I receive the product. Is that my fate receiving bakwas product or else SNAPDEAL wantedly doing FRAUD and making money.


We customers only see the product on the screen and buy by leaving trust on the company as they are there to deliver the best but it is viceversa, company itself doing fraud.


I suggest all the customers don’t make online payment, go for COD.Once the product is received check the product if you are satisfied keep them or else throw back.
