Yaaaaaaawwwwwnnnn ..... Okie guys, so the Torchman at the cinema house woke me up with his eyes half closed, ’’Saab, picture khatam ho gayaa, jaldi utho, abhi peechay ke row ko bhi uthaaneka hai, bahaar public pehle hi aadhe neend mein hai ..... next show chalu hoga na’’( Wake up Sir, the movie’s over and I have to wake up the next row , people waiting outside for the next show are already half asleep). I streched myself, and started moving towards the exit door of the cinema house, which had suddenly started stinking. And the bright sunlight was scarthing my eyes, you know how it feels to face the scorthing sunlight after 3 hours of good sleep.... And before I started my bike, I had a look at the poster of an epic movie which had given me something which I was looking for, since past week ... A good 3 hour sleep. Soch, the name sounded good, the promos were very good. Infact rest everything about the movie was very good but the movie.
A successful actor, a suspecting wife, a murder ...... a very intresting premise, could have been made into a good thriller ...... but sadly it all ends there.
Ohh, so I have to go through the trauma again and the story .... So Sanjay Kapoor is a film star married to an ex actress, Aditi Govitrikar (phew). As a typical filmi wife, she suspects him of having an affair with ..... David Dhawan, oops sorry, Raveena Tandon, who is a film director. Obviously thingz turn sour with time and Sanjay Kapoor is disraught.... zzz zzzz zzzz ..... Yaaaawn ..... And I wake up to an irritating song, and suddenly I see Arbaaz Khan entering a Disc and pumping a couple of bullets into Aditi. The police suspect Sanjay Kapoor for her death. Okie, wake up and beleive your eyes .... he contacts Sanjay and asks him to kill his father (Danny Dengzonpa), a policeman, since he killed Aditi and releived Sanjay of all his woes..... I shake my head in disbeleif and pinch myself to check if I’m dreaming ... hell no, its true.... and the movie goes on and on senselessly with Arbaaz khans flashback as a pshyco kid who killed his brother and mother and blames his father, Danny for that....all the rubbish you can imagine. Then comes some kidnapping, a chase sence and some crappy action , some sickenning comedy by Tiku Talsania ..... and the people sitting behind me start snoring and the decibels rising with every passing sence. They probably want to show me that its an insult to their intellect to watch such a movie, insulted, I too try to get some sleep and produce louder snores so that I can show them that I’m a better intellect!!!! And in this tussle of snores, the sound from the movie is lost and the cinema hall becomes a snoring battle feild. Those who cant sustain it, leave the cinema hall, and the rest participate in the battle of zzzs.
Now, 12 hours later I try to analyse how could the director be so inhuman and put his viewers, who spend their hardearned money and time to watch the movie, under unbearable 3rd degree torture? I wonder sometimes, after the directors complete the movie, do they ever watch it themselves? Else how can they ever release such unbeleivable blunders? On the positive side, the director does a world of good for aspiring directors. This movie should be sold to Acting Schools, and all institutes that teach the art of filmmaking, for the students to see and learn ’’What all thingz should be avoided in a film’’, they can probably understand what exactly is a BAD movie.....
Performance (whats that????), Sanjay Kapoor still cant act, Raveena ...... zzz , and Aditi ....... zzzzzzzzzz , and Arbaaz.... zz . zzzz... zzzz...... and Tiku Talsania suckkksssss.
Music is yaaaaaawnnn ... actually there shouldnt have been any song in the movie ... its loud enough and disturbs a pleasent sleep .....
Finally, this movie is strictly recommended for people like me, working in Call Centers , who are always short of sleep ....
