I applied for the job of the Back-end developer over here I want to tell you some problem about the company and that is:
1) Salary & Benefits: My Salary is 23000 per month and I want to tell you about the benefits, the benefits were not that much good as I expected and that is they were taking the bond amount and that was of 1 lakh for the 2 years and after that they were not giving the interest on that amount.
2) Job Security: The Company is Private. So, there is no job security at all.
3) Career Growth: The main thing in this company then you can get the promotion after 2 years and you can get the promotion if you do hard-work. The growth is not that much good because you can’t get all knowledge of the all the branch you can get the knowledge of your domain only.
4) Work Environment: The environment was not suitable at all this is because the location of the company is near the Airport. So, The noise has come off the Aeroplane was come and Disturbing me.
So, rather than this, you should go for the Wipro company they gave you more benefits.
