I went Sohum Spa last month and my experience with this spa was not that much good because they do not provide quality service to its customers.
The staff’s do not focus on the customers properly.
This spa has so many lacking features like proper lighting and space.
There is no privacy given to female customers.
The ambiance is poor and the place so unhygienic and untidy.
I did not liked the Infrastructure of this spa. Service was also poor.
Overall not a good experience.
