Hi friends, I am viraj vala studing in bhavnagar as me and my friend living as pain guest we have to take food at hotels.
-Food and presentation The quality of food is bad, sometimes the food serve is not cook properly and the chapati they serve become stiff in 2 to 3 sec not to be eatable.
- Ambience There is too much noice and the atmosphere is too bad as they have their cooking area so close to sitting arrengement without any door. The dish they offer is not so clean.
-costumer service The costumer service is very poor and don’t give responce at once. We have to give same order 3 to 4 times. The bring items like buttermilk in glass having their fingers in glass make me irritating.
- Value of money As consern about money its price is medium but as service point of view its price is high.
