I am belonging to dkl. Som auto is a hero company based service center. Som auto is very popular in my district. It is also situated near market area.
I am really fed up with there poor service .The most of the servicing persons are cheaters.I had a bad personal experience with their services. I must share it through mouthshut.
Once, a kick problem was seen in my hero pleasure scooty. As it was nearer to my home, I came to this service center. Actually I had not used the kick for a long days, so it was jammed. I waited a long hour for this small problem. Then, one of their mechanics came and opened the whole part and said me one part was broke and wanted me to exchange a new product. He bought the part personally and fitted it. When I was ready to return to home, he received 600 rupees from for this small part.
I was really upset for this reason. The mechanical parts they are selling are quite expensive than the market shop. I recommendation is not to waste money in this service center. Just buy parts from a local shop and do the work here.
