With a huge list ofstar cast, the movie starts with a bang, continues to bang and endswith a bang. Very Fast moving story, pepped up by Jayam Ravi’senthusiastic role, trisha’s beauty, Supoorting cast’s talent and atotal mass apealing formula.
Prabhu and Trisha are siblings bred in a village by themselves.Having lost their mother at very early age, Prabhu hard works his waythrough the life to make a living for himself and Trisha. Richa palodis Trisha’s close friend, but from a very rich family.
Jeyam Ravi is a son of a UK multimillionaire Bagyaraj and Geetha.Geetha’s neice happens to be Richa and they are invited for hermarriage. Ravi and Geetha come to India for the marriage. Trisha isalso invited 15 days before the marriage. Ravi’s character is a veryshrewd and naughty guy. His encounters and fights between Trishatriggers something something between them. Geetha and her family haveother plans for Ravi’s marriage with Manivannan’s daughter. They chaseTrisha away from the house and insult her and prabhu. Prabhu returns tovillage with Trisha.
Ravi is bent on winning Trisha back. So he skips flight and come toher village. Prabhu wants him to prove his love for her. So hechallenges him to plough and cultivate 1 acre land and live a life offarmer until harvest. Ravi accepts the challenge, but will he succeed, admist the evil plots of Manivannan, Kalabavan Mani (A thug) and alocal guy who wants to marry Trisha. Ofcouse yes dude! its not M NShyamalan movie to keep the climax away from you. (Even a 3 years oldkid can write the climax of the story after seeing the first half.)
What keep you glued to the seat is the fast moving story and thehighly timed witty comedy from Lollu sabha Santhanam in the first half.A jolly go MGR kinda movie, where the mass is pleased, villans fail, hero wins, heroin is glamoruos, and you come out of the theatre happily.
I have never seen any Ravi’s movie in theatre. Never felt that he isworth it. But this movie made me change my opinion. Shrewd acting, always enthusiastic, excellant dance moves, decent looks, machomuscles, nice stunt and good comedy edge! whatmore does a tamil hero needs? Trisha, we missed u a lot. She looksawesome and delicious in the movie as ever. Poor dance moves, but itsalright, we want to see you just for your appearance. Have done adecent acting job as well, though a little over acting in the start ofthe movie.
Prabhu, Geetha, Mouli and Baghyaraj! where were you these days? Hibernating? Tamilcinema sure needs you. Both these people have done a very good job.Every single cast has perfectly fit in the story line and have donetheir job well. Kalabavan mani, though he as done his small role verywel, I feel he is being wasted int he industry. He has a lot of talentsto be exploited. Richa! Oh dear, do you have any serum that make youmore beautiful day by day? Absolutely gorgeous female, well fit roleand good talent. Hope to see more of you.
