"To be honest, I went in with big expectations after loving the first Son of Sardaar ?. The original had that perfect mix of comedy, action, and heart ?? — plus the star cast felt stronger.
Here, Ajay Devgn still carries the swag ?? and Mrunal Thakur is refreshing ?, but at times the acting felt a bit overdone ??. Sanjay Mishra & Ravi Kishan’s comedy is still a treat ??, and Scotland’s visuals ??? add charm, but the magic of the first film isn’t fully here.
Some action scenes ?? are fun and paisa vasool, but others feel too loud and stretched ?. Music is catchy ?? but not memorable like the previous one. The family drama parts ?? work well, yet the emotional depth could have been stronger.
Overall, Son of Sardaar 2 is a colourful, fun ride ?? with a few genuine laugh-out-loud moments ??, but if you’re comparing it to the first one… you might miss that old spark. Still, for a one-time watch with friends & popcorn ??, it’s entertaining enough! " ??
