Everyday Is Mother's Day

Mothers are really special and important in ourlives. We won’t be here in this world if they didn’t bear us for 9 months and risk their lives so we can see the light. No matter or whoever our mother is, we still owe everything to them because they gave us life, with the help of our dads of course.:)

Listed below are the Top 3 Songs I am dedicating to my Mama. Please do take time reading it, maybe you will realize something useful from this and will make you appreciate your mother even more. Do enjoy!

THANKS TO YOU* by Steven Chapman

Thank you for teaching me how to love, showing me what the world means*

What I’ve been dreamin’ of, and now I know there is nothing that I could not do

*Thanks to You

for teaching me how to feel, Showing me my emotions

Letting me know what’s real from what is not

*What I’ve got is more that I’d ever hoped for

And a lot of what I hope for is, Thanks to you

No mountain, no valley,  No time, no space

No heartache, no heartbreak, No fall from grace

Can’t stop me from believing that my love will pull me through

*Thanks to You for teaching me how to live, putting things in perspective

Showing me how to give and how to take, No mistake we were put here together

*And if I breakdown, Forgive me but it’s true that I’m aching with the love I feel inside

Thanks to You,  Thanks to you

Why This Song: **Our Mothers with the guidance of our Fathers, made us who we are now. And I’m glad that my guardians/parents were able to raise me integrally well. All the emotions, the achievements, the knowledge, the personality, the outlook I have has a lot of influence from them. I look up to my Mama and Papa as well because they have set a very good example for me which made me who I am now. They taught me how to love the right way as I see in both of them. THey have been married for 55years now and they never left each other even for a single day. I never heard them fighting, if they do, im sure they never let us see it. Mama is a plain housewife and she’s really good in taking care of us and the other things related to home while Papa is very much responsible in supporting us all. I thank them both for setting a good example and for making me who I am now.

A SONG FOR MAMA by BoyzIIMen(https://youtube.com/watch?v=EJafkB6sxTg)

You taught me everything, And everything you’ve given me

I always keep it inside, You’re the driving force in my life

There isn’t anything or anyone that I could be

And it just wouldn’t feel right If I didn’t have you by my side

You were there for me, To love and care for me

When skies were gray, Whenever I was down

You were always there to comfort me

*And no one else can be what you have been to me

You will always be the girl In my life, for all times

*Mama, mama you know I love you

You know I love you Mama

*Mama, you’re the queen of my heart

*Your love is like tears from the stars

*Mama I just want you to know Lovin’ you is like food to my soul

*You’re always there for me, have always been around for me

Even when I was bad you’ve shown me right from my wrong

And you took up for me when everyone was down on me

You always did understand, You gave me strength to go on

*There were so many times looking back when I was so afraid

And then you’d come to me and say to me I could face anything

I’ll never go a day without my Mama

*Why This Song: Mothers are the only person who can give us, their children, the so-called unconditional love. And because of this, our mothers are the one we can trust undoubtedly and we can tell almost everything to her.

Like my Mama, she is always there to listen to me and when im hurt, she’s hurt as well. She never left me and she always check if I’m okay already or not. If not, she will ask me to go with her at the mall and then unknowingly, im enjoying and smiling again. Simple things but really rewarding. She doesn’t only sympathize with all my heartaches or even failures, but most of all she empathize with me. She feel what I feel and because of that, she’s able to give me comfort so perfectly relieving and reviving. My Mama is like my bestfriend and I love her deep within my soul.

MAMA* by Spice GIrls(https://youtube.com/watch?v=4xsA-7cL3yA)

*She used to be my only enemy and never let me be free

Catching me in places that I knew I should’nt be

*Every other day I crossed the line I didn’t mean to be so bad

I never thought you would become the friend I never had

Back then I didn’t know why, Why you were misunderstood

So now I see through your eyes, all that you did was love

*Mama I love you, Mama I care

Mama I love you, Mama my friend, You’re my friend

I didn’t want to hear it then but I’m not ashamed to say it now*

*Every little thing you said and did was right for me

I had a lot of to think about, about the way I used to be

Never had a sense of my responsibility

*Back then I didn’t know why, Why you were misunderstood

But now I’m sure I know why, Why you were misunderstood

So now I see through your eyes, All I can give you is love is love

Why This Song: I chose this song because the essense is true and undeniable. There were points in ourlives when we used to be so much stubborn over things, and if our parents didn’t grant us our favors, we tend to misinterpret them for being selfish when all they did was care. Admit it. No matter how many times we unintentionally or even intentionally disappoint our parents, especially our Mothers,  they never turned their back on us hence, they even hugged our flaws and mistakes then mold us again to be a better individual. They always want what’s best for us.

So far these are the Songs that I am dedicating to Mama which have really struck me. Most especially the song for mama by Spice Girls.

Hope you enjoyed and learned something from this review.
