I purchased this LCD in 2009. Since then this LCD is running without any defect. All of you are aware that Sony is the king of all TV. Of course this brand has up lifted it’s brand name drastically with it’s wonderful performance.
My old TV also was SONY, but that was just a CTV not LED or LCD. Then when I searched about some good LCD, I was continuously focused on Sony brand only, because due to my old experience I had a trust in me about Sony.
If you ask me for the Picture quality, I will always tell you that Picture quality is the BEST in BRAVIA engine of Sony. I think no other company can produce better Picture than Sony’s. "Bravia engine" of Sony LED/ LCD is world famous for its wonderful creation of Picture quality. No other Brand can compete with this.
If you ask me for Audio, then I will say I give 70 marks out of 100 marks for this LCD TV. Because sound system is good and I can not say it is best. Many other LED/ LCDs are available in the market which have better Audio. But if you purchase an Home theater system then you could experience the best quality Audio.
Of course SONY Bravia series is a little bit costlier than it’s other counterpart available in the market. It is due to it’s Bravia series world’s best Picture quality. Of course this brand is famous for it’s durability, sustainability, and rigidity. I have seen many of my friend prefer Sony for its long lasting ability.
Customer service is also nice. Within 30 hours any defect could be attended, promised by the company. But I could not say anything about this because my LCD have no defect since I had purchased it. As per Sony outlet staff any query could be resolved by 24 hours. But I can say there behavior is excellent.
One think I want to focus you if you are going to purchase Sony LCD/ LED. When I run my TV more than 2 hours, then it will shut down automatically, if you does not click on remote. 30- 40 second before a warning pop up(that is very small, & nobody can observe this generally) will show on screen, and then if you does not click on your remote till it will shut down automatically. So for this feature I sometimes feel irritated when I watched something seriously and Tv shut down.
Although this TV is very good and wonderful.
