I don’t know why people are drafting bad reviews about this product but I loved this product. Using this TV from a while now and its perfect. The video quality is best. Sony put in some good piece of technology. There is a slight scope of improvement on a sound part but that doesn’t effect its value for money. Also the customer support service of the company is very good. Anyway you will not be needing to contact them as the product is a perfect buy but I called them once to understand some of its features and they respond very quickly. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone and yes If you are looking to buy a TV its always Sony. Well done guys.
