Complaint againt Sony

I have purchased Sony Bravia KDL 32W600A LED TV from exclusive Sony Store on Feb.11, 2015. After 2-3 days i have been started encountering problem with its display so i made a complaint to the Customer Care of Sony and have been in touch with them since last one month against my complaint.


They offered me either to get my tv repaired or get it replaced by the upgraded model KDL 32W700B with the additional charge of Rs.8000/-. They are giving the plea that they could not replace the existing model bcoz company has discontinued that model and no more fresh model is available with them.


Please suggest me what should i do....
