Though its a Smart TV, we have to subscribe to HD channels to take its full advantage, its kind off funny actually. Anyways, coming to the ease of operations its very tricky and easy as well. But only the today’s generation kids can be able to use it at its full efficiency. My grandparents have a hard time using this TV. As they do not understand the different set of operation. I always get a call from them when I’m away. They always struggle to use it. I think it would be helpful, if the company people provide the manual even in a regional languages.
Doing so, they would reach a whole set of new audience as well. My Sony Bravia has a little problem connecting to the internet. But I have approached the internet guy and the issue was resolved with in 2 days. I feel that this is such a good innovation where in we can do any thing and everything imaginable with this Tv.
Make sure that you have an internet connection connected to the TV with an ethernet cable before you start the WIFI option.The video and sound are awesome. The price has reduced .so its a great deal.
